Me Linh Coffee Garden offers a unique and insightful glimpse into the world of coffee production. It was a genuinely nice experience to see the process firsthand, from the coffee plants to the final cup. The views from the garden are also quite lovely, providing a peaceful backdrop to the experience.

I opted for the weasel cherry coffee, drawn in by the promise of its sweetness. It was certainly an interesting and novel flavor, and I appreciate the opportunity to try such a specialized coffee. The staff was knowledgeable and happy to explain the unique process involved, which added to the overall educational aspect of the visit.

However, it's worth noting that the coffee at Me Linh is definitely on the pricier side. While the experience and the uniqueness of the weasel cherry coffee were appealing, I think it might be more of a "first-time" indulgence. It's a great place to learn and try something new, but perhaps not a regular coffee stop for those on a budget.

Overall, Me Linh Coffee Garden is a worthwhile visit for coffee enthusiasts who want to delve deeper into the origins of their favorite beverage. The experience is definitely memorable, and the weasel cherry coffee is a conversation starter. Just be prepared for the...

Let me tell you about this hidden gem I found way out in the Dalat countryside - Me Linh Coffee Garden. It's a bit of a trek, you definitely need a motorbike to get there. It's about 20km from the city center, and the last bit involves winding your way up Tà Nung Pass. But let me tell you, the view is worth it!

This place isn't your typical cafe. It's more like a sprawling garden cafe on a hillside. There are these rows and rows of coffee plants stretching out forever, and you can actually sit right amongst them. It's so peaceful and quiet, the only sounds are the birds and the wind rustling the leaves. It felt a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of Dalat.

I ordered a cup of their Vietnamese coffee, strong and chicory-rich, just how I like it. They brought it out on a little tray with a plate of those delicious sweet condensed milk flan things. Perfect for a little afternoon pick-me-up.

The downside? Well, maybe the trek to get there. But honestly, that kind of added to the experience for me. It felt like this special place I'd discovered, a little slice of serenity outside the city. If you're looking for a unique and peaceful coffee experience with a killer view, then Me Linh Coffee Garden is definitely...

The Me Linh Coffee Garden, a civet poop coffee farm turned into a tourist attraction. Here, my driver, Tuan took me through the process of how this coffee, commonly known as weasel poop coffee or luwak coffee is produced. Prior to coming here I was aware of the perception that at least some of the public have that these animals are treated inhumanely. I didn't choose to come here but since it's on the route to the airport, my driver offered to bring me here and I thought why not take the opportunity to learn a bit about it. The civets are kept in a huge enclosure inside of which they are free to roam. That's where they're fed coffee beans and their poop is collected for the rest of the process. According to a sign hanging inside the enclosure, they're actually fed a pretty decent diet. In the gift shop, they sell regular coffee and luwak coffee to go and to have right there so I decided to try a cup. From what I have heard of how expensive luwak coffee is, it's actually pretty cheap there. VND 120,000 for a cup (CAD$6.77). It tasted pretty decent. I'm no connoisseur. The experience pretty was educational. There are also many Instagram props here for taking...
