A friend recommended Fish House, a lovely Italian restaurant in Nha Trang – and we’re so glad we went! We loved it right away. The staff was super friendly, fast, and spoke really good English, which made everything feel easy and welcoming. The food was honestly amazing. They make their own pasta from scratch, and it really shows – so fresh and tasty. I had pasta with shrimps and bacon – incredible! We also tried the carbonara and the ragu Bolognese, both were spot on. The chicken parmigiana was delicious, and the steak with pepper sauce was perfectly cooked – juicy and full of flavor. Unfortunately we didn’t have a good experience here. The place isn’t big, we ordered salmon and I asked for fish burger, but I was told that no fish burger and fish and chips tonight (wasn’t told when giving me the menu).. so we ordered two well-done steaks. My friend’s steak was raw. Mine was good and I liked the taste. As an IPA beer, I received small can for 85k, disappointed…Then our 4th friend joined, had pasta with salmon but it wasn’t enough so he also ordered steak. Maybe after 15 min the owner came to say the steak will take another 15-20min because the kitchen is busy and gave him beer for free. Okay, we will wait. 40 minutes passed, nobody came to say anything until we called them to ask about his steak and owner said they did not even start to prepare it. Visited this restaurant with my friend— and we were absolutely delighted! We tried two kinds of pasta, a cherry tomato salad with feta cheese, and a seafood platter. The pasta was excellent: perfectly cooked with rich flavor, and the seafood was incredibly fresh and tender — it practically melted in the mouth. The salad was a pleasant surprise too: simple, but well-balanced — the sweetness of the tomatoes, the salty feta, and a light dressing worked beautifully together.

The service was top-notch: attentive without being intrusive. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing, just right for a nice dinner for two. We’ll definitely be coming back — a perfect spot for...
