Let me tell you about this fantastic restaurant I found in Gia Lai called Bazan. Now, there seem to be a few Bazan restaurants around, but I'm talking about the one on Lê Duẩn. It's tucked away in a little alley, but definitely worth seeking out.
I was instantly charmed by the atmosphere. It felt very local, with open-air seating and friendly staff. They didn't speak much English, but that just added to the experience for me. We managed to communicate through smiles and pointing, and ended up with a feast!
Speaking of the food, that's where Bazan really shines. I had to try their signature dish - grilled chicken with cơm lam (bamboo tube rice). The chicken was perfectly cooked, juicy and flavorful, and the rice was fragrant and unique. Everything felt very fresh and authentic. It wasn't fancy cuisine by any means, but it was delicious and hit the spot.
Overall, Bazan was a delightful surprise. It's a great place to experience Gia Lai's local flavors in a casual and friendly setting. Just be prepared for a bit of an adventure if you don't...

The rice bamboo stick is charcoal cooked, not boiled. This is the traditional foods of the farmers in the highland. When they go to the farm in the moutain, they would cook and eat this rice. We consider soft chickens are industrially farmed. They eat industrial foods. Delicious chicken are naturally farmed. They "run" and eat organic foods so their meat is chewy. They should not look so big and they are not easy to buy in the cities. So guys, pls enjoy the...
