You can easily find it because it is a huge open dome which is opposite the big fountain . There is a huge aquarium with Japanese Koi in the first floor. At the rear side of the cafe, you can find "the bird cage" - a nice and cozy place for couples. On the second floor, there are many seats, you can choose your favorite place based on your style. I would like to suggest the seats at the top of the dome. It gives you a 360 degree view around the place. There are many drinks and it will not make you down, choose one and enjoy the wind blowing. The staff are very nice and helpful....
