Because the restaurant is more expensive, I have to rate more strictly in terms of food quality, service and overall experience. The restaurant is beautiful outside and inside, the interior is great and there is a view - I mean the upstairs with the cafe, plus everything is now beautifully decorated for Christmas. Unfortunately, if you want to eat you have to go one floor down, it's not so nice there - unnecessarily big space, not cosy. The staff noticed us after a long time. The coffee was definitely not from the cafe upstairs, not good. The beer we got was unrefrigerated with a glass of ice. The food was ready very quickly, but the courses did not arrive on the table at the same time. Quesadilla ok, spaghetti unsalty and small shrimp previously frozen. There was more rice than salt in the salt shakers and only rice fell through the large holes. I didn't get a spoon with my pasta. The restaurant plays at being European, but it doesn't achieve that in quality, only...

I visited this café yesterday and had a great experience. The cake was fresh and tasted very good, and the drinks were also enjoyable. The atmosphere is cozy and pretty, which made us decide to return again today.
Unfortunately, our second visit was disappointing. We ordered a cake, but it had a rotten taste and unpleasant smell, clearly it had gone bad. We returned it, and while the staff apologized and replaced it with a new one, the overall experience was already affected. We asked to switch to the cake we had the day before, which made us realize the cake we initially received today was likely old.
The drinks were still okay, but when it comes to cakes, it seems to be hit-or-miss. After leaving the café, I had a stomachache, possibly due to the spoiled cake.
I hope the café pays more attention to food quality...
Read moreExtremely bad service. We had to ask twice to get menus and a minimum attention from the staff who is clearly too busy looking at their phone. I ordered a cappuccino...waited 10 minutes and ask the waiter "whats up". Replied that they do not have this type of coffee but was apparently too busy again to look at their phones. Finally, I ordered a Vietnamese hot coffee...and they brought me a cold one. The waiter asked us to pay right away because "it is the rule" as if we were ordering at the counter which is not the case. You cannot order food on the terrasse, you must go eat at the basement which is dark and unwelcoming. AVOID this place. Go rather encourage smaller coffee shops around where they are so much...
