Debonairs Pizza Kafubu — Restaurant in Copperbelt Province

Most disappointing service ever received. Ordered online at 18:49 and also confirmed via phone call a couple of minutes later that the order was created. We were then informed on the call that we would receive our order in 45-50 minutes. An hour later, we received nothing, and yet their online system showed the order as delivered. We tried calling them multiple times, but nobody picked up the phone. Only to be called back at 22:55 (5 minutes before they close) asking us if we got the order, knowing fully well they close at 11 pm, so this was pointless to reach out to us hours later as there was nothing to be done. TBH, this was merely a disturbance at that point. Asking us if they would deliver the next morning was a silly way to rectify this entire ordeal. Their reason for the 'delay' was 'we were busy.'...

So editing my first review after a year or so, the toppings are good, cannot lie, but the dough, my goodnes it is chewy, feels like it was either rushed and not cooked properly or just something wrong with the ingredients. Below par honestly, and for the amount of time you have to sit and wait, you cannot justify it even though it shudnt be justified. I previous thought i just had a bad order day but after a revisit i knew i was right... doesn't live up to thebrand name,sorry. I hope this reaches as constructive and they change coz no one wants to stop buyi g pizza, let...

They gave me a reason to revisit them the next time I am in ndola. Excellent customer service despite it being a busy hour. The cleaners swinging into action like clockwork everytime a table is vacated. The kitchen delivered a real pizza with the right amount of everything! Yes the sales team very professional even when they handled a very difficult customer who was clearly testing their patience. Kudos to...
