Be very careful when ordering here, or you may be crooked into paying more than what you want to order. I ordered a Prego roll and single side which is what I got, but then when I checked the receipt, they had charged me for a festa roll and extra side which is actually more expensive than the Prego Roll deal. Unfortunately couldn't make an order on the app as it only showed Nando's Ndola but I called the branch and was able to order seamlessly. The last was attentive and friendly. She recorded the order perfectly.

This Nandos will dent the image of the brand itself. It is the worst Nandos outlet with a different taste and flavor from all other Nandos.

One may wonder if any training took place. The food is always dry or burnt. The peritato salad is unrecognizable both by taste and sight.

If someone ate nandos for the first time from the kansenshi outlet, they would never buy nandos ever...
