Review of Steers Chingola’s Poor Customer Service

I am deeply disappointed with the customer service experience I recently had with Steers Chingola. On two separate occasions, I placed orders over the phone, expecting a seamless process that would end with my meal being delivered as promised. Unfortunately, this was far from the case.

Both times, I waited patiently, assuming my orders were being processed. However, upon following up, I was shocked to find out that the person I spoke to on the phone had failed to process my orders entirely. This meant I was left without my food, and to make matters worse, I was informed that they do not deliver after 22:00 hours.

The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer care is unacceptable for a brand like Steers. If an order cannot be fulfilled, customers should be informed immediately, not left waiting for something that won’t happen. It’s disheartening to see such negligence, especially when customers are relying on your service.

This experience has seriously affected my trust in Steers Chingola’s ability to handle customer orders. A simple phone order should not turn into such a frustrating ordeal. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and implements measures to ensure proper order tracking, effective communication, and accountability from staff moving forward.

Until then, I hesitate to recommend Steers Chingola to anyone looking for reliable service. A little professionalism and courtesy go a long way, and sadly, this was completely lacking in...

Terrible customer service. I had to stand for a while with people just looking at me. Apparently the teller for the day wasn't available so I was left stranded. Service was slow, the gentleman next to me who was ordering ice cream actually got irate at how slow they were adding "I have things to do I can't stay here all day". When my parcel arrived, (I ordered the K99 meal) the teller apologised but then forgot to give me my drink. I only realised after we had left and had travelled a distance. Food wasnt too great either, not like the usual STEERS you find in Lsk. All in all, this Chingola outlet is the worst of all the Steers outlets I have been to. Visit...
