Seventeen Restaurant — Restaurant in Lusaka Province

If I could give zero stars I would.. I purchased a ticket for their Wednesday movie night slated for 19hrs. I arrived at 18:40hrs, requested for a fleece and was told that their fleeces had finished. There were approximately 15 clients at that time, which begs the question, how many fleeces do they allocate for their outdoor movies? The waitress then offered to give me a brazier of which I accepted. I then proceeded to order some tea at 18:45hrs… my tea only arrived 30min later 😅 At this point, the movie still hasn’t started and I hadn’t received the brazier (it was quite a chilly night).. 19:30hrs I ran out of patience, I decided to leave, as I’m leaving I noticed that other clients who arrived after I did, were already given braziers.. They decided to play the movie as I drove out, at 19:35hrs. I guess they didn’t want me there. I left without a brazier, watching the movie, neither did I get a refund nor apology… But I did leave with a bitter first time experience 🙂 Improve your service delivery, Do...

I can’t even begin to express my displeasure.

I came through looking forward to having a meal at this restaurant I’ve been eyeing for over a year. I saw it on the Smartsaver App. I asked them if I could use it, they said it only worked on one day and that they no longer use it.

I said, Fine. I still placed my order. 10 minutes later, I was told there is literally no ingredients. Funny enough, this was the second restaurant I had been to today with the same problem. The moment that flabbergasted me was when the waitress asked another if they have potatoes. She responded that someone left with the eyes.

A nice and quiet place. We ordered prawns but they didn't have them. Settled for fish chilli, highly recommended, it was very tasty, served in an appetizing and attractive way. Also had the t bone steak, the steak was too oily and tough, the chips were tasty and rightly prepared.

For the mocktails the mojito tasted like the k 10 canned ones sold in shops. The pina colada was okay but could be better.

Atmosphere was ok just expect mosquitoes if you visit at night.

The waitress took away the water before we could use it and never brought it back after being asked. Room for improvement on...
