Roosters Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Harare

I have been to Roosters many times before when I've travelled and generally they provided tasty if not particularly cheap food. There has been a trend of inconsistencies of late, however. The buns for the burgers are often stale, chicken is dry, chips not always fresh but reheated.. My bun was not fresh, there was very little mayo on the bun meaning that the chicken was dry and It was also bland..This is a fast food joint that does well and I'm sure makes the owners lots of money, good for them,however, I do think it's because there is not currently a decent alternative fairly close by. The samosas are not great, a bit bland and dry,. One thing that is still nice are the half moons. I need to share my frustrating experience at Shake Shack Café. I went there for coffee because the atmosphere is great, but the service was a complete letdown. The woman who took my order seemed fine at first, but when she handed me my coffee, it was poorly made. I immediately pointed out that it wasn’t hot enough, and instead of addressing the issue professionally, she gave me an awful attitude. Not only did she react poorly, but she did so in front of other customers, which was completely disrespectful.
