Visited Vanilla moon on the 18th of April 2021 . We went as a group of 6 adults and 5 kids. Upon ordering all the kids ordered hamburgers and I personally ordered a steak. The meals took long to come (well maybe because we were a group) nonetheless when the meals came I decided to have a taste of one of the burgers and to my surprise the meat tasted as if it was off. I called one of the waiters and notified them of this but they insisted that it was their normal kind of burger. As if that was enough we ordered coffee and the coffee came with one big green fly which my in-law only noticed after taking it out of her mouth . I had decided to keep quiet and just never go to that restaurant ever again but my son and his cousins have been awfully sick with food poisoning. I had the BF burger β honestly, one of the best burgers in Harare! Juicy, flavourful, and well put together. Also tried the chai latte, which was smooth and comforting, and the Full Moon breakfast, which was hearty and well-executed.
Definitely a hidden gem for brunch or a laid-back bite....
