NYAMA CHOMA RESORT ZIMBABWE — Restaurant in Mashonaland West Province

My stay at Nyama Choma Resort was beyond disappointing. I specifically came for the quad bike attractions, only to find that they were not working at all. The staff were extremely slow in responding to basic issues, which made the experience even worse. Power outages and water cuts were constant during my stay, with no clear communication or urgency from management to fix them.

The environment was also far from relaxing — the area was surrounded by kids screaming for most of the day, making it nearly impossible to enjoy any peace. What’s most frustrating is how misleading the TikTok reviews were; the reality of this resort is nothing like what’s advertised online.

For the price and promises, I expected a professional, well-run destination. Instead, I left feeling frustrated and let down. I would not recommend Nyama Choma Resort unless major...

This is an excellent getaway resort from the hustles and bustles of Harare. The drive was a bit rough, mainly due to roadwork that resulted in long distance off road detours.

There is a majestic entrance at the gate and an uphill drive that hides the place from sight, and the final approach is breathtaking.

The place has about 12 rounded and self-contained chalets on the far end of the resort. They're cartel placed under trees and with good distance from each other.

The restaurant and playground areas are very spacious and designed well to entertain good numbers of customers at the same time. Even though it's a new settlement, one can see the beauty that will come with it at a later stage when all building and decoration works are done.
