Kream Koffee Zimbabwe — Restaurant in Masvingo Province

The main course meals are great. Best chicken in Masvingo by far. However, I felt scammed when I ordered a cuppacino. I was given plain coffee. I don’t think the staff were aware of particular some clients are with their coffees. Lattes and Irish coffee are grossly overpriced.

The atmosphere is great though, that’s the only thing that will keep me coming to this place, definitely not their coffee or Kream.

Poor customer service, waitress gave us menu's then went to sleep on another table and we were the only customers, finally came to take our order then went on to tell us half of what was on the menu was not available, then we ordered a large t-bone steak which wasnt available as well but a smaller one for the same price was available then when it was time to pay they then told us the computer was broken but she knew how much our bill was then our bonus was the diarhoea we had...

It's a great place to have your breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I had breakfast at this place and the food was good. The service was good too. My only grievance was that their portions were too small, and they didn't have WiFi for customers. The place is okay, but there is room for...
