The name of this place used to be called “Cambodian Cultural Village”, whereas now it is known as “Angkor Green Gardens”. The new name, too, makes a huge sense as you enter the premise, you will feel as though you’re in the Angkor jungle/forest. Unfortunately, the premise needs a huge investment as so many places inside need renovations. Due to unprecedented conditions (pandemics), Angkor Green Gardens left unattended and closed until recently. When we went in there, the tickets were free. However, to be able to see the museum and the waxed-statues, you need to buy the ticket for an affordable price (5.000 riel altogether). The premise still preserved its original spirit and vibe. It would have been awesome to see those sketches and plays in particular stations. I hope once it becomes populated, the owners of this place reconsider bringing all the talents back in this premise. You don’t have to worry about stations to rest as there many stations for you to grab cold drinks or eat food. Next to this beautiful place is the Angkor Eye! The ideal time to visit this place would be to see the sunset. The ride is around 18 minutes and it costs $12 for adults, $6 for kids (free for kids under three). The ticket fare for local people is $5 for adults and $2.5 for kids (free for kids under three). For more information about the Angkor eye, please visit their website and read the reviews online. If you want more information about Cambodian Cultural Village (now Angkor Green Gardens), visit their official website by typing Angkor Green Gardens on google engine. We wish you to have a fun trip in Siem Reap!

A must visit. Priced at 5$ for locals n 15$ for foreigners but if a local brings u than he/she can bring your entry ticket back to the guard to sign than return to the ticket booth to get 5$ commission. It's worth the price. They have lots of shows (2pm onwards) and a massive show at 7pm every Saturday and Sunday that gives you a big picture of the Angkor timea background. **Not to be missed** Make sure to do this place before your visit to the Angkor temples. It a really big park-like place so make sure you are well rested. U can rent a twin bicycle. The park is really beautiful. I might suggest that u go there at 9am till 8am if without kids so u can first visit the cultural parts and than have lunch in the restaurant and rest a bit than go for the shows from 2.35pm onwards. If with kids who are young than go at 2pm and definitely bring a prem/stroller or rollerblades or something. If been here before than Skipp the shows and make it a picnic. Bring some snack or finger food some board games, a mat and sun lotion. It's really beautiful. Most if not all the national landmarks and miniatured are displayed, a few nice gardens, a mini mini Zoo is hidden at the side near he Kongfu Panda statue, houses on stills n on the lake and many many more. Don't miss it. I've been to Siem Reap loads of times and don't really visit Angkor temples anymore (25$ an now 37$ is a lot of money after visiting a few times) but cultural village is just awesome. After seeing the shows once or twice and being asked to act 2 times I just enjoy the park. It's worth paying for the park. C.D_Singh

I have provided a low rating because although the actual village is pretty, and is probably fun for children, and feels traditional. Sadly COVID and climate change have extreme effects, during our visit in May (41c), there were no shows and it was a little deserted. It feels a little like a random empty theme park with 101 Dalmatians, I would prefer more Cambodian themed animals and more information. There is a small traditional band made up of disabled people affected by the mines which are good and we donated some money to them. However, there is a very small zoo, with a couple of animals, the cages especially for the porcupines are incredibly small and there is no entertainment for them. Also there were geese with no water? This part of the theme park adds no enjoyment and actually I think it deters people from going or recommending the village. All of the animals should be released to another zoo. As unfortunately I don't think the money or education is there to make it better. I have not taken photos the animals as it was upsetting. I would not recommend based on the animals or visit again based on the animals. Perhaps it is deserted due to the animal treatment...

A built for tourist theme park in Siem Reap. It's a good place to spend 2-3 hours if you have ome extra time to spare in the city. Not the most exciting place but good to take a few scenic photos. The shows that we attended were enjoyable. There is a small Cambodian history/culture museum section with self-guided audio tour. I wish this part can be expanded as I would love to learn more about the country and the very friendly Cambodians. I came away with a feeling that most visitors to this park are tourists in organized tour groups. The big restaurant where we had lunch sat mostly empty. Even the big souvenir shop felt like it's catered to tour groups only as I saw many group presentation rooms in the souvenir shop. We were in the shop for about 15 minutes and the two dozens or so sales staff didn't really bother to help us out. They were there waiting for the organized tour groups to show up! It was an ok experience but will not return for a repeat visit.

I really enjoyed walking through this park taking hundreds of photos. The park is beautifully centered around a stunning lotus pond with some water features making some nice focus points. A nice place for family photos. I even had a nice nap in one of the hammocks next to a little rice paddie. The park allows for wedding functions to be held at the stilted restaurant overlooking the beautiful lotus pond. A beautiful place for a wedding! They even provide pre-wedding make up and dressing rooms. Surely an interesting that old and young will enjoy.

Walked all the way to here by accident. The place was mesmerizing! After COVID they’ve had their struggles and people aren’t really visiting anymore. It was like a ghost theme park. I only saw a few other people in the hours I spent walking in there. The ticket was 5 dollars and they still have some services like cafeterias. Perfect for families and people who want to take a lot of fun pictures. I’m a solo traveler and was very comfortable taking many pictures in there since no one was seeing. I recommend going there and supporting the place 😊
