During my trip to Siem Reap, I had the opportunity to visit the Angkor Eye Ferris Wheel, and I must say it was a thrilling and enjoyable experience. Located in Siem Reap, this towering Ferris wheel offers breathtaking views of the surrounding area and provides a unique perspective of the renowned Angkor Wat temple complex.
One of the standout features of the Angkor Eye Ferris Wheel is its impressive height. As one of the tallest Ferris wheels in Asia, it offers a panoramic view that is truly awe-inspiring. From the top of the wheel, I was able to see the majestic temples of Angkor Wat in the distance, as well as the vibrant landscapes and cityscape of Siem Reap.
The ride itself was smooth and comfortable, with spacious gondolas that provided ample room for passengers to move around and enjoy the scenery. The wheel rotates at a gentle pace, allowing passengers to take their time and fully absorb the beauty of the surroundings. I particularly enjoyed the sensation of being suspended in the air and the feeling of tranquility that came with it.
The Ferris wheel is beautifully illuminated during the evening hours, creating a magical ambiance. The colorful lights and vibrant patterns added an extra layer of excitement to the experience. It's especially recommended to take a ride at dusk when the sky transitions into a captivating display of colors.
The staff at Angkor Eye Ferris Wheel were friendly and attentive, ensuring the safety and comfort of all passengers. They provided clear instructions and were readily available to assist with any concerns or questions. They then asked to see our passports. Unfortunately when people are out and about riding a Ferris wheel they don't tend to carry their passport. A tourist trap, but great views and each cabin is air conditioned which was a nice surprise. Go at sunset around...
