An excellent place to spend time with the family. Probably one of the best because the attractions are so close to each other. In some parks you have to walk quite a bit from one section of rides to another. I also liked the fact that on many rides my kids were allowed on and that the height limitations were not as strict as other places. Most of the workers are kids and did not seem very motivated. However, when you thanked them and showed them your appreciation they lightened up and became very friendly. There was one girl however who was responsible for one of the rides who was very unfriendly and took her job too seriously. People like that should work in prisons and not at an amusement park. Perhaps Avonturenpark Hellendoorn can give some training to their staff. Parking: Great Food: OK Rides:Great Staff: Average All in all it was a good experience and I would recommend it for everyone. If you want to make the best out of your trip make sure you have booked a cottage somewhere close in the area because there quite a few places to visit in and around the area which are perfect for a fun day out with the family.

It is always nice to go here. But it is a little bit expensive so try to get a discount tickets for the day. (You can check the website to see the cost for each day if you have a certain day in mind ) Also have in mind that there will be 7 Euros for parking. And to enter the Slidpark you have also to pay 3.5 Euro per person, and you are only allowed to go in one time, not like in and out many times a day. There is a dressing room and showers, so nice for kids and adults as well. There is also some slides that only kids can go to ( so nice if ypu wanna get some rest while the kids want to play ;). When you enter the park try to go to the end of it in the morning, when almost everyone will be at the beginning so you can avoid some waiting time.

Wat een gaaf park is dit! Echt een hele leuke dag gehad. Met 4 kinderen 1,5-4-6-10 een bezoekje gebracht. De jongste geniet van de kleinste dingen, maar vond oa de superglijbanen en de monorail heel leuk. De kleuter houdt van rustige attracties, zijn favorieten: de Dino's, monorail en de fonteintjes. De oudste twee hebben alle attracties gehad, sommige wel 7x. Bezocht op een maandag, zomervakantie alleen nog regio zuid. Wachttijden 5 tot 15 minuten. De attracties hebben veel variatie, echt voor ieder wat wils. Ook als volwassene genoten. De prijzen zijn prima, normaal en laag voor een park. De bubbelwafel met softijs en caramel €4,95 is echt een aanrader! Het is dat wij van ver moeten komen, maar dit park is echt een blijver! Oja, de zomer parkshow met de stuntpiraten is supercool. De oudste heeft hem zelf 2x gezien, echt tof! Update herfstvakantie (zuid) 2023: Opnieuw bezocht met eigen Kids inmiddels 11, 7 en 5. De jongste is nog onder de 120 en de oudste 2 niet meer. In dreumesland waren ze dit keer heel erg streng. De middelste (128cm) mocht nergens mee in. Dat vond zij heel erg jammer. Als het heel druk zou zijn snap ik dat nog, maar er was helemaal niemand. Heel jammer voor haar maar ook voor onze zoon want die moest dus overal alleen in. Vorige keer was dit niet en mocht ze wel overal mee in. Ik vind dat deze lengte best opgerekt mag worden naar 130cm. Dan kan een oudere broer/zus ook mee. Wel echt iets om in de gaten te houden als je 2 Kids hebt van onder en boven de 120cm of als je kindje 125 is en niet in de grote attracties durft. Park was verder weer mooi aangekleed en er liepen veel vriendelijke heksen rond. De show van Kareltje en Jasmijn was hetzelfde als vorig jaar herfst, dat vonden wij als ouders jammer, maar de kinderen vonden hem hartstikke leuk. Voor hen geen probleem dus. De botsauto's (voor de kleinere kids om alleen in te gaan) waren favoriet! De oudste vind alle achtbanen nog steeds uitdagend genoeg, dus ook hij had een leuke dag! Was overigens erg rustig in het park (koud maar zonnig weer, 13 graden, herfstvakantie midden en zuid).

We like this theme park because it's not too big like other theme parks in the Netherlands which you can't cover in one day, and pros and cons of this park. But there is a quite nice rides for the small kids below height 120 cm. and the best part is that it has a water slide park where you can have unlimited fun in the water for a penny price, which the kids love and worth it, and I like it after Tikibad (Duinrell). It's a bit out of of center , but it's still worth a visit, especially in the summer, and we never miss visiting this park during the summer. They always provide a good ticket deal in their website itself and this time also they didn't miss it and we too :)

Ein Sternabzug für die schlimmste Mitarbeiterin mit der Brille etwas mollig, jung, die keinerlei Empathie gezeigt hatte und meinte, dass sie nur das machen darf und holte nicht mal Personal, wenn sich mein Kind weigert von ihr das Bändchen anbinden zu lassen. Sie ist halt speziell, weil sie einfach sich bei ihr nicht wohlgefühlt hatte, deswegen. Und dann hat sich sich einfach umgedreht zu der anderen Familie. Ich musste das Bändchen schnappen und dann war meine Kleine wieder glücklich und hat ist doch zu den anderen Mitarbeitern nicht scheu. Keine Ahnung, was sie an sie hat. Stellt mal vor, wenn sie Autist wäre, da wäre ich ausgerastet. Schult sie bitte ein, dass das nicht so geht und für den Mitarbeitern ebenso Kind würde auch Stress bedeuten sie jedes Mal nach der Größe zu messen, wenn sie die Bändchen nicht hätte! Und noch ein kleiner Punkt, dass ich euch trotzdem 50 cent für den defekten Wasserpistole für das Ball ins Tor treffen verschenkt habe anstatt zurück zu erstatten. Ansonsten alles andere super, sogar der Roger hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben mit mir in Deutsch zu kommunizieren, weil auf dem Rätsel nur niederländisch gab. Er ist immer überall, find ihn toll. Auch dass das Essen in Vegetarisches gibt, nur zufällig die Ecke ausgesucht , wo Wasserbahn gibt, als ein rundes Gefährt. Ich liebe Jackfrucht und Peperoni und von dort habe ich bekommen. Die Küchenhilfe hat sich Mühe gegeben, alle Essen zu übersetzen, da Tafel defekt war und ebenso waren keine Preise zu sehen. Hauptsache wir konnten uns entscheiden und zufrieden essen. Mit Abstand die beste Freizeitpark der Holland, wo andere größendiskriminierend sind und meine Kleine nicht viel mitfahren durften, weil ab 95cm oder so... das war unfair. Meine Kleine ist eben klein und kann nicht dafür und wir sind deswegen so Happy, hier das richtig ausgesucht zu haben.
