Read moreThis is a beautiful small bay located just 20 minutes on foot to the south of Jale Beach. Alternatively, it can be reached from the north of Livadhi beach but I guess it takes a bit longer. There are two bays ca 100 m apart. The first one is a proper small beach, called Guma Beach, that's easy to reach, with big rocks, clear water and a nice beach bar that serves drinks and food. The fish here is excellent and fairly priced. The second is smaller, accessible by climbing down a set of steps carved into the rock/dirt. There is a small bar overlooking the beach and maybe 10 sets of sunbeds and umbrellas, although most of the beachgoers use just towels or their own umbrellas. Avoid peak hours because the smaller beach gets overcrowded and there is simply no room for everyone. The small beach is literally covered in cigarette butts and there are no trash cans in the beach area, but you can use the trash bins near the bar. Please help us keep this little gem in the Albanian coast...

The beach itself is secluded, tiny and narrow, boarded by high cliffs from which you can dive to very deep clear waters. Nice fun. As long as you stay in the water, dive or swim and look up the beautiful and wild mountain shore the experience is definitely recommendable. But if you lay on the beach just at your back, the beach corners are full of trash piled in hips. Disgusting. Please bring bags and take your rubbish.(Edit:I've just read in a recent review that somebody - angel tourist - cleaned the beach! PLEASE LEAVE IT THIS WAY 🙏) Bonus info: just before you enter the beach there is a sign to a neighbouring beach which is wider, open but shallower. We saw it from the water only as there was a film shooting in progress when we came :-p it looked like a small exotic cove and it has a tiny...
