Calliope Villa — Hotel in Bashkia Himarë

On the occasion of the 14th anniversary of our daughter, we personally booked a weekend in Livadh at this Hotel. Sunday morning at 03:30 while we were sleeping in room no. 4, 1st floor a thief enters our room while we were asleep and steals 3 cell phones, 1 tablet my bag with all personal belongings, money, etc. At monetary cost the value is over 1000 Euros, while the psychological costs of the terrible perpetuation especially of children 14 and 7 years old do not pay. The police patrol comes up and did nothing. The hotel owners do not take any responsibility. Until Monday by noon no one came to pick up fingerprints. This hotel room has been stolen several times and is still allowed!! Theft occurred on June 16, 2019, around 3:30 am. Be careful! The hotel you book must have some security cameras or guarantee from the owners!

Me rastin e 14 vjetorit te vajzes familjarisht prenotuam nje fundjave ne Livadh te Himares. Mengjesin e te dieles ora 03:30 nderkohe qe ishim ne gjume ne dhomen nr.4, kati I Hotel Calliope hyn hajduti dhe vjedh 3 celulare, 1 tablet canten time me te gjitha sendet personale kulete, para etj. Ne kosto monetare vlera eshte mbi 1000 euro ndersa ne kosto psikologjike te tmerrit te perjetuar sidomos te femijeve 14 dhe 7 vjec nuk ka te paguar. Patrulla e policise vjen dhe thote: shyqyr me kaq. Te nesermen ne Himare nuk kishte asnjeri ne rajonin e policise dhe per te bere nje denoncim pa vlere vetem ne leter u deshen 24 ore. Pronaret e hotelin nuk marrin asnje pergjegjesi. Deri te henen askush nuk erdhi te merrte shenjat e gishterinjve. Kjo dhome e ketij Hoteli eshte vjedhur edhe disa here te tjera dhe lejohet akoma! Bravo per promovimin e turizmit! I had the pleasure of staying at Calliope Villa recently, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The rooms were simply amazing—spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. We had a wonderful stay! Vilma, the host, was incredibly kind and flexible when it came to booking the room. The apartment itself was spacious, very clean, and had a large balcony with a beautiful view of the sea.

There were plenty of parking spaces, easy to access, and the price was excellent compared to other places in the area. It’s only a 2-minute walk to the beach, and about a 30-minute hike over the hill to Aquarium Beach.

We booked with breakfast included, which was absolutely delicious – especially the homemade banana bread and the best coffee I’ve had so far in Albania.
