The entrance to the Rooms is to the back of the block and not from the main road.
If you need parking then speak to your contact during booking, he was very helpful with me.
Perfect location if you want to be right in the centre of town where the music and bars outside are open till late and music starts very early in the morning.
The room is minimal but very adequate, the bathroom could do with a deep clean though, but clean enough for a couple of nights' stay.
There's a pancake place just to the left of the entrance which I would recommend for breakfast or lunch.
