Museum of Education — Attraction in Bashkia Korçë

Museum of the first school in Albanian language In Korça. A small museum with lot's of history, lot’s of objects of the teachers in 1800 time, a lot of statues of the teachers, some of their personal things they used to carry, some of the books they used to study, a place with headphones when you can hear a group of Korça singers singing, also school banks were students used to seat. Entrance to this museum costs 300 lekë for adults. There also is a book were you can write your review for the place there. Good do know one of the most important institution of Albania...

Delicious food!! The staff is always very lovely and kind to accommodate lactose-free dishes. We love their bruschetta, chicken kebab, baked bean casserole, their house salad and house desert! The atmosphere of the restaurant is also special, as it shows pieces of history from the rich Albanian history of the city of Korca. It feels like an extension of the Museum of Education next...

I loved my visit, but I am posting this to give kudos to the young lady at the reception/ticket office. She was professional, was glad to show us around, and gave us a lot of interesting information about the building's history.
