I have not visited the winery in person, but wanted to order some wine as a gift for my friend who's from the same town, and the entire process was incredibly smooth even though ordering wine from Albania seemed like a long shot. The staff were very responsive and helpful, first through email and then via WhatsApp, ensuring that my order was processed quickly and efficiently. They went above and beyond to ensure that the wine would arrive safely, packaging it so well that it seemed capable of surviving an apocalypse. I ordered the wine into the UK, the payment was easy and the wine did arrive as promised!
