Livadhi beach is famous for its deep blue waters and the endless fields of olive trees, it is one of the largest beaches of the region, it has a stretch of 1.2 km and more than 60 meters of sand, and it’s mostly visited by campers and families for its peace and quiet. The beach is divided in two parts, the north side named Gonia famous for its two marble stones inside the sea where people used to jump from there and the south named Apelistra, also famous for its rock with the same name. A little farther north visitor can find a small beautiful beach named Fusa (or Aquarium), it is highly recommended to visit it. The northern side is a chain of rocks that were used for local people for entertainment named Janulla cliffs, the place is famous for the length of the rocks and diving. There are a lot of restaurants serving seafood and Mediterranean cuisine and cafes at the front of the beach and many hotels and apartments for rent at the begging of the beach. Water sports are also available here with Jet Skis, paddle boats, canoes and boat rides being the main activities. There are several volleyball pitches and every day at 15:00 locals gather to play at San Marco beach bar at the north part...

No beach bars that play loud deafening music (thankfully), but then again we went in June, not sure if during July/August the situation varies. A lot of mini shops from which you can buy water, snacks and fruit. Many restaurants where you can eat with ok prices (considering the location by the beach the prices are lower than in Himarë city centre). Sun beds cost from 500 - 1000 lek, I would suggest to always haggle a bit, especially if not all sunbeds are occupied. We took 2 sun beds for example and offered to pay 1500 lek (instead of 2000) and the guy accepted. Overall, a more quiet, peaceful pebbled beach, clear and clean water, with lots of food and drink facilities....
