Vajana Beach Restaurant — Attraction in undefined

I am giving 1 star, only because I cannot give zero!

They judge you from your car and clothes. If you are not wearing designer and gold no one will care for you! They are the rudest staff!

We spend 20 minutes in the parking lot to find a place, finally found it!

We went in the beach and the owner told us, we cannot get sun beds and umbrella because we didn’t have a reservation.

We spent 20 minutes in the sun and waited to find a parking spot, asked if the are free sun beds, no one told us that they work with reservations.

Then, when we were leaving and were really upset one of the staff told us they see how much you are going to spend and decide to let you in or not!

Do yourself a favor and don’t go there! They don’t...

We wanted a quick bite to eat after the beach trip. The waiter greeted us nicely and asked what we would like to eat. After our order, the waiter Ilirian offered us to prepare a small mix fish platter with some vegetables. After 40 minutes a 2.5 kilo scorpion fish with few vegetables arrived on a one meter tray. We were a bit confused because we didn't imagine it that way. After we had halfway eaten one plate, the surprise came… A bill of 12,760 Lek (converted to about 120 EUR!) incl. A bottle of Water and a Kids Pasta, we were literally shocked and thought it was wrong, but even after discussion we had to pay the amount. Please ask someone beforehand what the fish costs, otherwise they will rip you off...

⭐ 1 star – A very bad experience

The restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. The French fries were cold, old, and probably prepared many hours earlier. The fried seafood was a total disappointment – tasteless, greasy, and of poor quality.

The waiters were completely unprofessional. You get the feeling you're bothering them just by asking for something. Their attitude was passive-aggressive, and the waiting time for orders was extremely long.

On top of that, the prices are quite high compared to what you get on your plate and how you are treated.

📍 The beach is beautiful and definitely worth visiting, but I absolutely do not recommend the restaurant. If you want to enjoy your day, eat...
