Parque de los Niños — Attraction in Autonomous City of Buenos Aires

This a large park area, on the side on the Rio De La Plata. It's setup to be a place for families - there are five or six different playgrounds, some sand volleyball courts, large grassy areas and picnic tables near the playgrounds. A lot of parking availiability as well. However, the playgrounds are nothing different from the playgrounds you find all over the city, so it's not exactly a different experience for the children, considering it's a park in a more remote area. The main thing that really made me knock out a couple of stars is that right next to the park there's the clubhouse for Tiro Federal Argentino - a large shooting gallery. This is a gorgeous park full of beautiful birds and playgrounds for children. Many fisherman line the ocean area with fishing poles. Sadly, this morning when my family was there, 2 fishermen saw my wife taking photos of my children with her cell phone and they had 10 inch kitchen knives and tried to rob her at a kids playground. I started yelling at them in Spanish and it thankfully called more attention to the dangerous situation and they turned the other direction… please be cautious with phones and families when...
