Sanahin-Brücke in Alaverdi ist ein beeindruckendes Beispiel mittelalterlicher Ingenieurskunst. Diese steinerne Bogenbrücke, die im späten 12. Jahrhundert erbaut wurde, überspannt den Debed-Fluss und verbindet die beiden Ufer in der Provinz Lori. Die Brücke wurde von Königin Vaneni in Erinnerung an ihren verstorbenen Ehemann, König Abas II, in Auftrag gegeben. Sie besteht aus Basalt und hat eine Spannweite von 18 Metern.
