Seven Lake: A Must-Visit Gem in Armenia

Seven Lake is a breathtaking destination in Armenia that you simply cannot miss. The serene lake, surrounded by stunning landscapes, offers an unforgettable experience. Watching birds glide across the cold waters and witnessing the frozen lake slowly melt under the sunlight, releasing wisps of white mist, is truly indescribable. My visit here was nothing short of magical—the views and atmosphere were absolutely mesmerizing.

Adding to the charm, the area is home to two ancient monasteries. A scenic walk between them leads to a high vantage point in the mountains, offering a spectacular panorama of the lake and the city beyond. Though the climb involves several steps, the effort is well worth it, as the breathtaking view makes every step meaningful.

It is a beautiful place to visit, you have to climb a little more or less 500 steps, so you have to be in good physical condition. Another important point is that it is free, you do not have to pay an entrance fee. If you go by bus from Yerevan, you have to keep in mind that it will leave you on the avenue, then you have to walk a kilometer until you get close to the lake. Very busy in the summer! There are free bathrooms closest to the beach. Bring your own toilet paper if you need it and soap for the sink. If you take yandex, it is best to walk closer to the beginning of the peninsula so they don’t get...
