A hidden monastery in Armenia. Barely any people visit it (might find a few hikers). Moderate access, as there is no direct road, but walked in pavement and some signs on the woods to follow. It's roughly 150m up hill from the main road with a distance of roughly 2km. There's a man made bridge to cross the river. (if you're a bigger person do not step in the middle of the bridge, but on the side - no offence, it's for safety reasons as the bridge is made of thick copper or similar kind of metal). Read moreAn old monastery worth visiting in Dilijan. It's free to visit. The trail is about 8 km from the center I think. It is a more difficult trail compared to the one to Jukhtakvank Monastery as you may have to really "hike".
The trail could be confusing. It's better to follow the sign marked on the trees. If you follow Google Maps, it's not very accurate (where you see you have to turn left on the map, you actually have to straight just a little bit more...
