Yeraz Park — Attraction in Yerevan

We took our kids to this park and saw a huge bounce house with lots of kids inside and our kids wanted to go inside so we asked what was the age restriction and this short worker shorter than my kids said until 14. All of our kids are under 14 the oldest being 13. They let all the kids inside except my 12 year old daughter because she was too tall apparently which was really not fair considering the fact that there were kids her height inside. They should really put a sign with the height and weight limit for the bounce house instead of eyeballing which kids can and can’t go inside. These workers were really discriminating and not considerate. Like just because you are short doesn’t mean you should hate on tall people. Very disappointed. Service is terrible, unfortunately it gets worse every time we visit it. Arrived today at 4:15 pm, was advised that all the attractions would open from 5 pm, however couldn’t purchase any tickets, since at 5 pm the counter was still closed. After some waiting a person appeared and 15 min later they told us that the system was down. It is ridiculous to have just one paying point for this place. I was advised to pay at the restaurant part. The woman behind the counter at that part was unfriendly and rude. She was annoyed that I went to pay there and defensive in general. For her it was normal that system doesn’t work or that they open up 15 min late and make people wait. I don’t think we will visit this...

Worst park I've ever been to. Sure, it has a cool rink in winter, but during other seasons you can't do anything there. Most of the attractions don't work, the place is small, no fun event is held there (the events held there are always boring), and the restaruants and cafes are overpriced, not to mention that their food is not always fresh. If you have nice company and you just want to spend some time, the park looks comoparatively beautiful at night, so you can go there, but don't go there solo or with people that won't make your experience at least a...
