Not a lot of parking nearby, however it is definitely worth a visit. There are lots of interesting plants and birds. It is quite small but good for a walk. It is a bit up and down so it was a little bit tricky for me with my mobility issues and walking stick but it was doable. There are toilet facilities but they were graffitiied and didn't look that great. They have some signage around to provide information as there are historic trees in the area. As it is the foothills, the birds were a really good variety. At the moment we are in a drought and it was sad to see how little water there was and so I only saw two water birds (a couple of Pacific Black Ducks) after walking around the full reserve.
