Hallorans Hill Conservation Park — Attraction in Atherton

One of our fav spots when visiting Atherton. Many wonderful features, including a council building that can be booked for events, with public toilets always open. Magic views, great for taking photos. The playground is a good challenge for the younger children. My fav part of the beautiful bushland right down the bottom, and a secluded walking track down the far side of the parklands which are protected. Absolutely beautiful panoramic view of the Atherton Tablelands. Barbeque area is well equipped and great play equipment for the kids. Walking tracks all over the place and plenty of informative signs to read about the area and its flora and fauna.

The sunset experience here is nothing short of amazing. Go grab a pizza from town and sit under the radio tower for a sunset dinner...

A reasonably clean place to have picnic. Of course ,the toilets were filthy because a lot of humans couldn't care less about public areas now. There were KFC boxes all over the ground, even though there was a bin right there. We will definitely go back. I'll just do a bit of...
