Meat Ant Park — Attraction in Augathella

I would love to give it 5 but what was done and looked great 5 years ago, when I last visited, is now faded. Some information panels can't be read. The park is neat, the grass is mown and the shelter sheds are still good. The old traveling performing shed is good but it's information boards are peeled off. Artworks in the road median strip are ok but starting to show rust marks. Will check again in 5 years and see how it is going. I love the town and it is hard being off...

Great park, well maintained. Clean toilets near by and across from the general store. It has something for everyone, covered picnic tables, free electric barbecues a modern shaded play ground. Covered/shaded skateboard/bike ramp. There is also a bitumen walking and bike path along the top of the levy wall that runs next to the river at the back of the park.
