Lollipop's Playland & Cafe Bayswater — Attraction in Bayswater

10/10 on equipment, safety & cleanliness. Had my daughters 2nd birthday party this Sunday. If your looking for a more laidback setup i would NOT book here ! , after buying the Ultimate Package ( $310 ) you would also expect a bit more flexibility on food ect. I have people in my family i was hoping to cater for that have religious baractions on what they can eat so i asked to bring a simple subway platter ( which i had ALREADY ordered a pizza platter $35 from lollipops ) . I was replied with the question of 'why is subway a cultural food? ' i was highly offended on the rude attitude and he was so unprofessional hes just after your money ! Also the 8 kids in the party package INCLUDE the birthday child so only write 7 children or you will get charged a extra $30 even after 2 kids didn't turn up on the day NO slack will be given TRUST ME ! Also was not even asked wether my girl and i could cut the cake ! , Couldnt believe it , the girl running our party did it like it was her birthday ! Awesome place but service needs attention & the owners attitude needs the most work ! PS- Not sure what they did to our Sunkist jug was watered down ,tasted horrible which was forced upon so wasnt a big surprise ( only was given 2 options lemonade or Solo ) not to mention are both...

Sorry guys, I've always loved coming here but today I had a bad experience. I believe you had two holiday care clubs attend when we visited and the place was crazy! Kids were running wild, swinging across the slides, playing extremely rough.

My 4yr old daughter was hurt twice in the bigger play part by other kids and I heard several other parents commenting on the same thing.

As we left early and I thought it would be worth mentioning this to your staff. The very nice lady at the counter kindly brought of your manager who was very defensive from the beginning. The lady told me 'we are not at capacity , 'these kids have paid their entry' 'its up to the caregiver to look after the child'' . Whilst I understand you can't take reasonability for other peoples children you do have a reasonability to ensure everyone plays safe in your facility. Perhaps sympathising with the patron would of been a better way to start the conversation and acknowledging the bad experience we had that left my child hurt.

Unfortunately, due to the response of your manager around my concern I needed to leave this review.

While the facility itself seemed adequate, our experience was completely ruined by the unacceptable and aggressive behavior of the management. ​During our visit, my father-in-law was approached by a staff member and then the manager, who proceeded to falsely and publicly accuse him of taking pictures of children. ​This accusation was not only deeply humiliating for him but also entirely baseless. My father-in-law did not even have a phone or camera on his person at the time. A moment of verification by the staff would have immediately confirmed this, preventing the entire distressing incident. ​The manager's conduct throughout this interaction was extremely rude, biased, and unprofessional. Instead of handling a sensitive situation discreetly or attempting to verify the facts, he chose to be aggressive and judgmental, humiliating a paying customer and an elderly man in front of other patrons. ​This experience demonstrates a severe lack of staff training in conflict resolution, de-escalation, and basic...
