Was good but staff using ski lift are pretty rude.1 staff told us to “just try the lift first before buying a pass bc if it’s too hard we should not buy it.” We went and the staff there said he’d be happy to let us have a go first and we enquired about the prices and buying a pass for the rest of the day. He helped us and offered a discount for the rest of the day and was very helpful. When we tried the lift the blonde female staff member came up to us and said “we were being unfair to the people that paid and we are trying to have multiple goes on the lift” (my friend had not even tried the lift and was waiting and I had only tried once as the man instructed us to) We explained that the other staff told us to do it and was happy letting us try the lift and we were listening to what the male staff was telling us to do and we tried to assure her we weren’t trying to do that (and we had already enquired about buying a pass with the staff and he would give us a discount for the last bit of the day which we were interested in buying) but anytime we spoke she would not listen and insist “we were being unfair to the others and it won’t be open tomorrow anyways” she was horrible and discouraging, we just left and didn’t bother. She would not listen to us explain and kept repeating like we were children and being very angry. Babe you need help because you’re aggressive and weird, and maybe the staff should be responsible for communicating between each other on this topic rather than telling us something different each and then attacking us when we are following directions from other staff as our first time...

Or maybe they are talking about the movie? Idk, I haven’t seen it. As for the top of the mountain, under good snowy conditions it’s a decent enough spot. It’s not a large area for skiing. The snow play area is ok. It’s tame, it’s all a bit tame so a great place for beginners. Unfortunately on our visit the snow was more ice than snow, thanks big oil! You will need to have wheel chains to go up and have a parks pass, technically, I mean you can go up without either and risk it, no one is going to stop you, but don’t be a clown - do the...
