Went to this lookout as Govetts Leap lookout was still closed on Easter Monday. But the views from here were still spectacular. Sun was starting to set so lots of shaded areas. Easy walk to here from the carpark by the info centre. Took 20min each way with bonus seeing a kangaroo on the walk back at about 5.20pm.

Just about any of the lookouts around Govett's Leap offer spectacular views of the Grose Valley and the amazing escarpments towering over the valley. I have been regularly coming to this area for over 40 years and never tire of the changing and scenic views.

A hidden gem!!! George Phillips Lookout offers spectacular views over the valley. Its a quiet spot to relax and enjoy the beauty of the nature. Easy 5-10 min walk from the carpark. Plenty of free carpark available. Highly recommended to visit at sunset!!!
