The visit was the best of all we did in Mudgee. The owner gave us a full tour around all the wines he had, with a lot of explanations and we loved his story and they way he told us. At first I was not impressed with the wine (I'm from Spain, I'm difficult to be impressed by the wine), but I liked it so I decided to buy some bottles. It's a couple of weeks later and I decided to open a bottle of their merlot while cooking... now I'm impressed! It's nothing like I remember. Maybe the one I tried there at the winery was open for too long or maybe I mixed it with the previous one from the tasting, I don't know, but right now, after a terrible day of work and negativity, it has changed my mood.
