The Grand Canyon lookout is located Bundanoon in NSW. A fee is payable on entering the State Park with the dirt track taking you directly to the parking area about 10mtrs from the lookout. The viewing platform is located on a gigantic undulating sandstone rock, with the perimeter fenced for safety. The view of the terrian from this precipice is amazing with the sky, like icing on a cake topping the tall gumtrees trees. Below this are massive rock faced Clifts followed by more stunning bushland. There is yet another huge rockfaced clift and below this your gaze falls to the tall densely covered bushland covering the deep valley below.
The is a 50 mtrs track off to the right hand side that takes you to another viewing platform below, that's well worth the visit.
