Hidden gem. Absolutely loved this place! You could spend a whole day floating along the lake and walk along the beach. The currents are quite stong in some areas but otherwise it's a relaxing and beautiful spot. Doggo friendly with lots of parking spots and also has showers.

We visited a lake view spot with a playing area, food huts, and washroom facilities on Sunday morning at 9:00 am. The place was nice and quiet, perfect for a quick family picnic, with plenty of seating and free onsite parking.
