Wowly Creek — Attraction in Callala Bay

Excellent beach with two seperate spaces for kids, with its calmer waters which definitely aren't as scary as the crashing waves of the larger beach which is larger and very fun to swim with. If anything, this beach is a great way to introduce your child to the ocean (even though it's tucked more inside but oh well) and its salty waters and wide spreads of water....

Beautiful spot with miles of empty beach to the north and the callalla Bay sailing club to the south. Stunning little Cove with a good current to float you out onto the bay. We trialled our very bouncy inflatable boat here. Hysterical for us and very safe in the protected part of the bay. Will bring proper kayaks here to get better photos. A must if you are...

Worth a visit great place for children to swim and play, the boat will be gone shortly it was washed in recently by a storm. To get here look for Sea Lark St Callala Bay. Google Maps will help you.
