Still on Yuin Country, a mere few hundred metres across the way from Lake Conjola as the seagull flies, but half an hour by car, Cunjurong Point is a weirdly alien, liminal space. With shifting sands and counterintuitive currents, the edges between water, rocks, sand and sky are less distinct here. The different states of matter all blur at the transitions.
