We made a quick stop in Dunedoo on our way to Coonabarabran to see the silo art, and it was definitely worth it! The mural is a fantastic photo op and a great way to stretch your legs. The location is super convenient for travelers.
We found the amenities to be excellent—there are clean bathrooms nearby and even a kids' park, which is perfect for families on a road trip. We also stopped at the Ampol service station, which had good, and reasonable fuel prices. (Check on NRMA or NSW Fuel watch)
