Edit - whist it is still a lovely cafe, I am annoyed that I asked for a chai latte and was told I ordered a latte. In my 50 years in the planet, I have NEVER ordered a latte as I hate coffee. The person taking the order refused to accept that she must have misheard me. She charged me for my replacement chai and indicated I should have looked at the order on the screen to confirm my order - I was too busy being friendly and chatty, maybe something she could learn from when she coldly served me my replacement drink.

So, make sure you check your order!!

Previous review - What a lovely cafe to find on the way through Dunedoo. So clean and fresh. Beautiful cakes and friendly staff. Love the artsy touches. A nice area for parents with small...

Elle and I went to Dunedoo to escape the rain of the North Coast. We had burgers at the White Rose Cafe. The old original fixtures, fittings and decor is really good and the place is neat and clean. The kitchen looked ordered and very tidy. Staff are extremely accomodating and don't mind a laugh. I went to this cafe as a kid growing up in town so it was a bit of a memory lane for me. Mum and I would eat here every now and then and I'm best friends with the original owners daughter Heleny. Burgers were very good, nice big beef patties, pressed and cooked perfectly. Buns are excellent and not to bready. It's a four and a half for me but hey, it's a five today because they are doing such...

Ok ,we thought we would post this 10/10 rating simply because the White Rose Cafe deserves this in our belief ..we live near by in Coolah( 40mins away) which means we travel through Dunedoo at least once a week..so we stop for there beautiful Coffee & amazing Hamburgers ( the best I've ever eaten) practically everytime we go through Dunedoo ..it's like going back in time to the good old days & those old fashion Cafe's.. it's so clean & the staff are so friendly & the food is so good all the time..So my wife & I just wanted to let people know how good this Cafe is.. they deserve a 10/10 rating & truly we don't have or know any family or friends that are connected to...

We stopped in after a short drive and wanted a relaxing lunch. The White Rose Cafe has a steady stream of locals as well as travellers coming in. We were very happy with our meal. The Chicken Caesar Wrap was huge! Thankfully we ordered one between us. The Caramel Thick Shake was beautifully creamy and full of caramel flavour. The bowl of chips were crispy and still fluffy inside. Needless to say, we were thrilled with everything we purchased. It was great value for money and the service was exceptional as well. If you are passing through Dunedoo, make sure you stop in.
