The 7 Mile Beach is a WONDERFUL beach. If you like calm waves and sand, LOTS OF SAND then this is the beach for you! The beach itself doesn't have very big waves so if you were looking for surfing or boarding waves then this beach isnt that great. It's better for kids who like to play in the sand or paddle in the water. The beach has a white bridge for access to the beach from Burke Parade. At the start of the bridge is Car Parking and a tap for feet and a full body shower. There are other access points to the beach aswell off Crooked River Road, some of which have designated parking and some don't. If you're planning on spending a day or at least 3 hours, then DEFINATELY take beach chairs and UV Umbrellas (Beach umbrellas) because there is no shade and nowhere to sit. All in all, a wonderful beach and a great place for the whole family.

Seven Mile Beach is my favorite beach in NSW. It has its own unique charm. No people, peace and quiet, it's clean. In the peace and quiet you can read a book, admire the area that brings you closer to nature. Here I find my inner peace and harmony. the beach has no rock pool or lifeguards so you have to be very careful. The advantage is that the water is shallow for a long time.

Absolutely gorgeous and always pretty empty even during the height of Summer. Being there on a blue sky sunny day helps but even on a drizzly grey day this beach and National park are stunning. Great for a quick swim or surf. A few fishermen around but in general a great spot to sun bake and relax.

A long and flat, open beach, with plenty of driftwood, on the shores, made into teepees, by surfers and beach walkers..a slow stroll, or a brisk walk, will see you enjoying the views, along the way to Shoalhaven Heads.. Or, just have a quiet moment to yourself, as the sun rises, and the surfers, of all ages, enjoy the waves. The Northern end, has a great, low tide river entrance, a beautiful spot, to swim abd play...

A great beach for all the family. Plenty of room due to the sheer size odd the beach. Very calm and safe beach to visit. Excellent surfing spot for beginners and little groms. Waves are nice and fat which means plenty of volume to help beginners. This beach can be battered by strong winds if the weather turns bad. Well worth the drive but get there early on hot days as parking is in...
