The 7 Mile Beach is a WONDERFUL beach. If you like calm waves and sand, LOTS OF SAND then this is the beach for you! The beach itself doesn't have very big waves so if you were looking for surfing or boarding waves then this beach isnt that great. It's better for kids who like to play in the sand or paddle in the water. The beach has a white bridge for access to the beach from Burke Parade. At the start of the bridge is Car Parking and a tap for feet and a full body shower. There are other access points to the beach aswell off Crooked River Road, some of which have designated parking and some don't. If you're planning on spending a day or at least 3 hours, then DEFINATELY take beach chairs and UV Umbrellas (Beach umbrellas) because there is no shade and nowhere to sit.
