Paradise Point Beach — Attraction in Gold Coast City

On one side of the road is a beautiful picnic/outdoor area, with playgrounds, exercise stations, bbqs, tables & seats, pontoon-surrounded safe little beach that we have the privilege to live 5-10 minutes drive away. Great place to go for a walk or take the dog for a walk, run, bike, scoot etc. We often see family gatherings & kids' bday parties.Toilets are at either end between the 2 bridges that lead to the islands of mansions and apartments.... on the other side of the road there's a bustling cafe and small restaurant scene... cafe7 makes yummy coffee and does...

Paradise Point beach is one of the best places in the whole of Gold Coast. I could be biased as I live here but I looked at every area of the GC before selecting where to live. The breathtaking view of the esplanade, people jogging, taking the dogs for a walk, couples holding hand, modern FREE exercises equipment layed out if one decided to go beyond cardio, shops, restaurants, a beach volleyball net, drinking water, bbq, designated swimming are and a beautiful view of modern architecture, pearly white...

Love this beachfront. A beautiful wide walking path runs for a couple of k's, some parts with nice shady swamp oaks alongside and the glistening Broadwater right there. A great children's playground is very popular too. There are also some pieces of exercise equipment spaced along the way. At the far end is the Salacia Resort and a couple of nice coffee places.
