These markets are great for plants. So cheap. Ranging in price from $2 up, lots of well established plants. Indoor and outdoor. So many veggie and herb varieties such as curry plant, bay leaf, chocolate mint and all the usual. Veggie plants galore mix and match 4 for $10. And the fruit trees olive, guava, mango, finger lime, citrus too many too name at reasonable prices but shop around. Plenty of second had items selling tools, clothing, toys and glassware to name a few things. Places selling birds like finches, peach face parrots and cockatiels along with all the accessories. Fruit and vege bananas were only 59c kilo, cherry Tom $2, avo $2 kilo for medium size. So much cheaper than the supermarkets. Plenty of different food stalls selling things like Pluto pups, twirly potatoes, Asian foods, sausages on rolls with the works. It’s a huge market opened from 5 until noon. Car park and off street parking was full. Very popular place. If shopping for f & v get there early because a lot of the produce had been sold. Will definitely be going back to buy plants and my weekly f & v. Highly...

It's a great place to set up for a couple of nights and has a three week maximum stay. Unpowered sites are $15 per night and Powered sites are $25 per night. All types of rigs are OK except they do not allow tents. It's pet friendly and offers clean amenities (toilets & hot showers) and large open areas to excercise your pets. There is a Caretaker that lives in the Caravan sites section plus an office open during the day. There is also an ATM open on weekends for the Markets, which are very large and great to explore for bargains - every Sunday Morning. Close to the CBD of Caboolture and all of the clubs, pubs and parklands that Caboolture has to offer. All in all, a great place to stay that's near the Railway station for trips to...
Read moreWent to Caboolture show.. The event co-ordinator must still be a learner.. Honestly the fireworks were a bit embarrassing. And that poor whip cracking guy.. no discredit to him. But it was the wrong act for for such a large arena. They had fire trucks and other obstacles blocking hundreds of peoples view.
The monster truck was very cool. But short and sweet. The two guys on trail bikes doing tricks might of been good if we could see them.
Honestly i would love to see what they could do with a better budget and a properly organised arena show.
There was some great food there, lots of options. Slow cooked meats was our favourite. Sideshows were good fun. Lots of sample bags.. but we didn't see any good quality ones, which was disappointing..try adding some adults bags.. we are happy to pay the extra price for a good quality bag.. so the profit margin is probably the same if...
