Never going back. I thought it would be a great idea to get take away for dinner on the 16/6. I was served by a young staff member who had no customer service skills at all. She was extremely rude and had no respect. They were slow and food was undercooked. Staff were not polite to one another at all. Extreme amounts of attitude. Seems like an incredibly toxic. Before this night, I went in and ordered lunch on the 4/6 and a more elderly woman was working. She brang out my food and seemed extremely uptight, and disrespectful. So much so I thought about filing a complaint. But apart from these incidents I decided to go back and try once more. I went in on the 20/6 and it was perfect. The staff were amazing. They worked as a team to get everything done. I was served by a lovely young man. He had great customer service skills and was extremely polite. Got battered cod and chips approx 2 weeks ago. Chips were limp. Batter on the cod was soft - ie...you could place your finger on the batter and roll/peel it back. If you picked the fish up it just fell out of the batter. I'm old school and cooked batter is meant to be crisp and crunchy. Gave it another chance last night and (twice) specifically asked for fish to be cooked for longer, so crispy. Pointless request as limp batter again. Possible reasons... very busy and trying to rush orders through, or fat can't maintain high enough temperature through continual use in busy period. Either way, won't be going back. I ordered some food today the 29th of September at 5.30 pm and it said it would be 33 minutes which is fine. Then i got an update online saying it was on it's way to be delivered, so 45 minutes later no food, and i live only 5 minutes from the shop. I called and gave my name and they confirmed the order. There was a phone number for the driver, so i called it 3 times and no answer and that the number wasn't in use anymore... so, no food, $38 out of pocket. Be warned that your food can be stolen from a driver!!!!!!!!...
