Wonderful little piece of remnant forest, well 5 acres of it actually. Replanting started in the early 1980s, with over 1250 varieties of Australian Native plant on display.

Considering it is close to a major entry intersection into Victor Harbor, this is a very tranquil and quiet place to meander and meditate with nature. It is a great place to observe the changing of the seasons.

This is a delightful and unpretentious area, loving developed and maintained by a committed group of volunteers....

My first visit was to attend the Native Plant Selling Day, where I could also have my soil tested. I highly recommend coming here for your native plants as the people offering them for sale are extremely knowledgeable, and, of course, you know you are getting local natives that will thrive in your garden. Also, the price is better than anywhere else.
