My first visit was to attend the Native Plant Selling Day, where I could also have my soil tested. I highly recommend coming here for your native plants as the people offering them for sale are extremely knowledgeable, and, of course, you know you are getting local natives that will thrive in your garden. Also, the price is better than anywhere else. Wandering through this reserve is most delightful 😊. There is an amazing assortment of shrubs and trees - all named - as well as an abundance of birdlife.

What a hidden gem! Anyone with an interest in Australian ative plants should make this place a "must see" if they pass through. I hope Google maps adds this place as a suggested visit for people planning their route along the A13. The place is extremely well kept with very neat paths and garden beds, incredible labelling of the plants, and perhaps my favourite, a bird hide complete with notebook and pencil!

I visit everytime I go Victor harbour. Its peaceful well managed park for a nice stroll for any native or flora enthusiast. Park management should sell seedlings of those in the park. Lots of variety of hakea, banksia , garvellia , Melaleucas , calistemon, native hibiscus and much more.

Wonderful little piece of remnant forest, well 5 acres of it actually. Replanting started in the early 1980s, with over 1250 varieties of Australian Native plant on display.

Considering it is close to a major entry intersection into Victor Harbor, this is a very tranquil and quiet place to meander and meditate with nature. It is a great place to observe the changing of the seasons.

This is a delightful and unpretentious area, loving developed and maintained by a committed group of volunteers....
