Cascades Track — Attraction in Hobart

Hiked the Cascade Track behind the Cascade brewery through to Myrtle Falls. Awesome track! Starts in woodland forest then snakes it way down towards a flowing creek and back up into and up through Tassie rainforest. All up about 40 minutes from the start of Cascade to the start of Myrtle then it’s another 10 minutes to some lovely waterfalls. Sign posted along the way to guide you through. Easy to moderate track with some rocky ups and downs, a few old bridges to cross and steps to navigate. This is a cool little track that weaves along the rivulet taking you from the brewery to the tracks at the top. The track moves across the rivulet and the Moss covered trees make it a beautiful hike.
