We opted for the shorter Little Eagle View Walk ( just follow the Black Triangle signs) and also excluding the last part which is part of the Wild flower walk trail (which we have already completed last year), bringing the total of our walk to just under 7Km. It is a moderate walk with a reasonable elevation at some parts of the trail. The rewards of reaching the Eagle View lookout are worth the effort, what a great views! Also don't expect any water in the brooks, little streams and waterfalls because of the season. Still in my eyes, a hike trail very worthwhile at this time of the year

Great walk, path and facilities are well maintained. We did the full Eagle View Trail (16KM Loop) as well as part of the Railway Reserve Heritage Trail to see the Swan View Tunnel. The hike was 21K in total and took us 4 hours. The Eagle View Trail has great views of the city. The path is well kept; clearly sign posted and easy to follow throughout. A really nice hike in beautiful scenery.

I completed the long Eagle View Walk today. The walk itself wasn’t so difficult (took me just over 3hrs to complete). It is mostly signposted well, but some parts it’s hard to follow - especially point D, once you cross the small stream turn RIGHT, not left (as I did) as this takes you towards the road and off the track. Overall a decent walk with nice views👌🏻.

A good walk not far from Perth. About 16kms long and takes you through a variety of bush landscapes. Is a bit rough in places requiring a bit of rock hopping. You can do this walk either clockwise or anti-clockwise. I prefer anti-clockwise (set off to the west) since that gets the hardest section over and done with early in the day, leaving a nice downwards grade for...
