Brilliant 48 hour RV Park. Must book in at Information Centre before setting up $10 pn. Issued with a chit and must be fully self-contained including grey water as this is a protected WETLANDS area. Personel CHECK DAILY! Gorgeous gardens & wetland walks. All unpowered sites. RV Dump point in main carpark at Info centre. Toilets available at Information centre. Wheelchair access. Water availability. 12 sites only. Dog friendly on leads. Walking distance to most shops. Restaurant across road. Definitely this...

An unplanned stop for us on our trip, but so glad we did! The wetlands are beautiful, and much larger than we expected. The grass paths were nice and mowed when we visited. We did spot a small croc from the first bridge, so keep your eyes peeled. The information centre is wonderful too, with lots of displays. The boardwalk at the back of the information centre was lovely too, with a playground for the kids and sugar cane equipment on display. Definitely...

Lovely well-maintained trails through beautiful wetlands- some tracks still closed from the big wet. Important to note as it's not immediately obvious from the website or the site itself, this beautiful spot is dog friendly on leash ONLY in the Parklands, NOT the TYTO Wetlands - see response from owners below. My dog and I really enjoyed our walk through this part of our North Queensland paradise...

Loved feeding the turtles! Also the boardwalk to the library was used often for our family! We stayed over night 2 nights in the self contained camping area (book at visitor centre it’s $10 a night). Loved getting to slow down and enjoy Ingham. Such a treat to see all the wallabies at dusk and in the morning on the football field!

Lovely area with many different walks to choose from. A croc has been spotted in the last 7 days so be aware. Parking is easy, bring the mosquito repellent though! Amazing place to spot birds of all types! @_whichwaynext
