This is one of several overlooks of the Indian Ocean in this stretch of Kalbarri National Park just south of town. The turnoff is well-marked on the highway, and a paved road leads to parking in just a few minutes. The path to the overlook is easy, flat, and short, and the view is awesome! Colorful red limestone cliffs undulate in and out, jutting out into the water at regular intervals. The view isn’t remarkably different from some of the others nearby, so if you are pressed for time, one might be enough. If you possibly can, do walk the first 10 minutes of the Rainbow Valley trail, starting at the south trailhead. That offers you fascinating, closeup and personal views rock formations like those you see from Eagle Gorge Lookout.

This is one of the stops that we liked along the Kalbarri Coast. You'll find a carpark along with trail sign information, including the 8 km (one-way) Bigurda track south to Natural Bridge. There are excellent views of the red cliffs meeting the sea at Eagle Gorge. You'll also find a short walk down to the beach below for those interested. It is a nice stop to make for sea views and a bit of whale watching. We saw several humpbacks breaching in the distance. Have a pair of binoculars handy.

One of the various vantage spots that may be found throughout Kalbarri. It is definitely worth going there to check out the beach and the class 3 route that leads down to it. The beach is stunning and should definitely be visited by everyone who has an interest in photography.

Great views. This is a Start/End point of a 8km walk of Kalbbari Cliffs, easy and beautiful walk. A must activity there. The walk Finishes at the Natural Bridge & Castle view point.

Reccomend to leave one car at one end, and when finish drive back to the other vehicle on...
